ONLINE SUBMISSION FAQ’s
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS:
Open to United States residents only.
Please allow 24 hours after purchase to submit your online rebate.
Only one Super Combo Rebate check issued per household or address per program.
Allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of your rebate check.
Keep all receipts until you have received your rebate check. All claims of non-payments will require a copy of your entire submission.

How many receipts can I enter?
You may enter as many receipts as you wish that are within the valid dates for the program. See the Super Combo Rebate catalog for dates and offers.
Remember to enter information for all receipts at one time; only one submission is allowed per program.
Where do I find the RECEIPT NBR?
It is located at the bottom of the receipt, below the bar code.
May I submit online and through the mail?
Sorry, you may submit your Super Combo Rebates either online or through the mail, but not both. Only one Super Combo Rebates check per household or address is issued.
I prefer to mail in my submission. What do I do?
Super Combo Rebates catalog are available online or in store and include a mail-in form, mailing requirements and the address to mail your submission to.
